Artist Statement

Through my photographs I would like the viewer to feel like they are getting to know the individual, and learning more about their life style or personality. I want the eyes of the viewer to wander endlessly through details of each and every photo and let them live the lives of others.

Each and every one of my pieces represents an aspect of my personality and a gateway to emotional expression. In my pieces I really like to focus on details, texture, pattern, color and expression of the figure. I enjoy using a wide variety of mediums such as ball point pens, markers, crayons, paints, etc. However in my concentration pieces I am focusing on People in their environments. I choose to use a camera to capture each and every gesture of my subjects in their surroundings.
